Hook: Mustad C49S
Thread: Brown or Black
Rib: 3X mono and flat gold tinsel
Shellback: Thin Skin, Tan
Weight: Lead Wire or Foil (foil is better)
Body: Tan Fur with a section of Green Fur
Thorax: Hare's Ear

Start your thread wraps in the middle of the hook shank. Wrap consecutive wraps towards the bend of the hook.  Trap your mono1st and keep it on the side of the hook sticking out the back. Right on top of that trap your flat gold tinsel. Then cut a narrow strip of Thin Skin and tie it in on top of the hook.

Then wrap close wraps of medium-width lead wire from halfway of the bend to within an eye size of the eye.  Cover the lead with thread wraps.

You might want to use pliers to flatten the wire.

Dub your tan body fur to about the halfway point.  Dub your green hot spot and then dub the hare's ear thorax.
Use your bodkin or dubbing hook to pull out some guard hairs for legs.

Wrap your tinsel rib to the eye and tie off.

Draw the plastic strip over the top of the body and tie it off.

Now use the monofilament as a rib winding it over the body and plastic shellback. Follow the gold tinsel rib.  Build a neat head and tie off.
