Kane, (pictured) and Jim spent a full day with me today  hunting and hooking Rainbows. In all, we must have had chances at 40 fish! We managed to land several apiece using our new skills of drag-free float, reach cast, loose coil feed, etc. Although the major hatch during the afternoon was Baetis, size 20, the fish would crush a #16 Comparadun but only if it was drag-free. Go figure.
